Cardo Systems Inc G4 PowerSet Scala Rider Communication Head Set Accessories: Bike-to-bike intercom communications with 3 other headsets are possible with a remarkable range of up to 1 mile, thanks to the flip-up antenna that extends the range. The headset allows for 4-way intercom conference calling between 2 couples riding on 2 motorcycles, providing full-duplex communication. The multi-device compatibility of the headset allows it to be used with various types of devices, including a Bluetooth-enabled mobile phone for hands-free communication, a stereo Bluetooth-enabled MP3 player, adapter or mobile phone for wireless music, a non-Bluetooth-enabled MP3 player (accepts MP3 card), a Bluetooth-enabled GPS unit (for in-helmet voice instructions, provided the GPS supports headset connectivity), a Scala Rider Q2 headset (for hands-free communication up to 500m/1,640ft), and a Scala Rider Solo/FM/TeamSet driver headset (for hands-free rider-to-passenger communication).

The headset features VOX Activation, which allows for intercom calls, answer, voice dial, redial, and call reject functions. It also includes an embedded FM radio with scan and seek features and 6 station channel memory. Each G4 headset can independently conduct mobile phone calls, listen to the FM radio, or play MP3 audio, thanks to the individual audio sources. The full-duplex feature enables simultaneous talking and listening when using the intercom connections.

The headset boasts an impressive talk time of up to 10 hours and a standby time of up to 10 days. It also includes AGC (Automatic Gain Control) Technology, which automatically adjusts the volume based on ambient noise and driving speed, ensuring clear communication.
